The problem

Most calorie apps were built for a sandwich.

They ask for grams and brand names. You ate your mother's dal out of a katori, and it has no barcode. So you guess, or you skip it, and by Wednesday the log is empty.

LiftLens works the other way round. You say or show what you ate, the way you would tell a friend. It does the counting.

2 medium flatbreadsdo roti

How it works

Log it the way you'd tell a friend.

Every screen below is the real app

  1. 01Snap

Point the camera at your plate.

LiftLens lists each food with its portion and macros, and tells you how confident it is.

  2. 02Say

Or just say what you ate.

Hold to talk, or type it. “Do roti aur ek katori dal, 2 boiled eggs” comes back as a meal, in English or Hindi.

  3. 03Check

Fix any portion in a tap.

Nothing is saved until you say so. Change a count and every number updates, then log the meal.

Built for Indian food

It knows what a katori is.

270 foods in the table, from idli and poha to egg bhurji and rajma, counted the way you actually eat them: by the roti, the katori, the piece, the plate.

Training

Say it// Between sets

“bench 4 by 8 at 60 kg, then 3 sets of pull-ups”

That sentence becomes a logged workout. You get personal records, training volume and a weekly view of every session, so your numbers stop living in your head.

Your week, explained

Numbers are easy. Knowing what to change is the point.

Down 1.6 kg, and your bench is still climbing.

You averaged 141 g of protein a day this week, and your bench press went up 5 kg in three weeks, so the deficit is costing fat, not muscle.

A coach note from the app's demo account

  • Daily rings for energy, protein and training.
  • One place for steps, sleep, water, weight and mood.
  • Targets worked out from your age, height, weight, activity and goal.

Accuracy

Look it up first. AI second.

A barcode gives you the maker's numbers. A photo can only ever give an estimate. So LiftLens tries the sure things before it asks an AI, and it shows you what it found so you can correct it.

Questions

Straight answers.

How do I get LiftLens right now?

LiftLens is in closed testing on Google Play. Google needs 12 people to test a new app for 14 days before it can go public, so for now you join at liftlens.in/test. It takes about two minutes and the app is free.

Is LiftLens free?

Yes. The free plan gives you 4 photo scans and 5 AI logs a day, a weekly coach note and 30 days of cloud backup. LiftLens Pro is ₹49 a month and auto-renews until you cancel: 10 scans and 20 AI logs a day, a daily coach note, micronutrients, full history and a year of photo backup.

How accurate are the calories?

A barcode or nutrition label gives you the maker's numbers. A photo can only ever give an estimate, because portions are hard to judge from a picture. So LiftLens lists each food it saw with its portion, and you can correct anything before you save. The figures are for general wellness, not medical use.

Does it understand Indian food?

Yes. The food table holds 270 foods, including roti, dal, rice, sabzi, idli and dosa, with katori, piece and plate portions instead of cups and ounces.

Can I log in Hindi?

Yes. Hold to talk or type, in English or Hindi. "Do roti aur ek katori dal" works as well as "two eggs and a coffee".

How do I log a workout?

Say your sets or type them. "Bench 4 by 8 at 60 kg, then 3 sets of pull-ups" becomes a logged workout, with personal records, training volume and a weekly view of every session.

What happens to my meal photos?

Photos you scan are sent to our AI provider for analysis and are not kept by us at full size. A small thumbnail of each saved meal is stored with your log, and you can delete any entry whenever you like.

Can I delete my data?

Yes. Delete single entries or your whole account at any time, from Profile in the app or by following the steps at liftlens.in/delete-account.

Is there an iPhone app?

Not right now. LiftLens is an Android app.

Who is LiftLens for?

Anyone 18 or older who wants to track food and training without typing everything in. LiftLens gives estimates for general wellness and is not medical advice. Check with a doctor before big changes to your diet or exercise.
